1 Month!

I can't believe a month has gone by already since I had Gastric Bypass Surgery . . . it's almost time for me to go back to work! I know that is a good thing but being home and taking care of my family and house has been the most amazing blessing. I look forward to staying home this last week while the kids are on Spring Break.

Now, back to my surgery update. I have lost a total of 36.5 pounds this month. I decided that I would set "planned" goals and "emotional" goals for my weight loss. The planned goals are just 10% of my weight each time. My emotional goals are for me to get to a weight that I had during a milestone in my life.
